Welcome to Worthing and District Bar Billiards, a league situated on the coast of Sussex and has teams as far apart as Hove in the east and Littlehampton in the west.

In the premier 16th February, the top two stay locked together, with the Atlas A winning emphatically 5-0 away to Swan B, and the Duke of Wellington winning the last to score a 3-2 win over the Gardeners at the Blue Lagoon. New Sussex Hotel A remain in third after a 5-0 win at Tarring Club. Old House at Home lost 3-2 at the Atlas B, meaning they are joint fourth with Swan B, 4 points clear of bottom team Gardeners. With 4 weeks to go all to play for. 
In the first Division top team Swan A lost 3-2 at the Cellar Bar ( Dave France 14400 break being the highlight, and also takes the high away brake at the moment). They still remain top, two points clear of Atlas B. Cellar Bar and Tarring Club are joint bottom, but they are only 4 points adrift of Swan A.

Division two leaders New Sussex Hotel B won 5-0 at home to the Marine B and are 4 points to the good. Dolphin won 3-2 at the Marine View A, to remain in second. Romans won 3-2 at home to the Henty, and are third 2 points adrift from the Dolphin. Marine View A remain bottom. We have another 6 matches to go, so still all in the balance.

In the Third Divisionut remain joint top with White Horse had a bye, but still remain joint top with the Henty. Marine View B are bottom 4 points adrift.

This week sees the Chairmans Cup and  Shield games, so a break from the league.

I have now had all match results to include the 16th February but am missing some match scores as Dave Jones is awaiting score cards, missing are Chairmans Cup Atlas B  v Romans. League 2nd Feb Atlas B  v Atlas A, and 9th February New Sussex A v Swan B.
